Contraction Monitor is a useful tool designed for expectant mothers to monitor contractions during pregnancy.

Monitoring contractions is crucial as they are a key indicator of approaching labor. In true labor, contractions become longer, stronger, and more frequent, displaying a distinct pattern. Keeping track of contractions helps in distinguishing between true labor and false alarms. The graph displaying contraction duration and frequency provides a clear overview of the contraction patterns.

The user interface is intuitive - simply press a button at the start and end of each contraction. Contraction Monitor will record the start time, end time, duration, frequency, and intensity of each contraction.
